In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by vip255, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain a vip255 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of vip255 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

vip255 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license issued by the Republic of Indonesia. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full vip255 product suite, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly in the event of any change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. vip255 employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all Balances will be frozen, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any other person. You agree to notify vip255 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. vip255 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over those credentials.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vip255 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including but not limited to before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold determined at our discretion, or following a transaction flagged by our compliance systems. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of age, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vip255 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vip255 does not accept deposits from credit cards issued outside Indonesia or from unverified third-party accounts.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. No deposit fees are applied by vip255.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt by our payment processor.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vip255 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own funds.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. No withdrawal fees are applied by vip255.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes on average, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the vip255 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• vip255 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal deemed high-value or unusual under our compliance protocols.
• Any active Bonus balance that has not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated real-money Balance.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all vip255 promotions:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• The Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only real-money wagers count toward Wagering Requirement fulfillment unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino games and certain slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirement completion. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

vip255 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus — and to suspend or permanently close any Account — where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms; hedging bets across Accounts to reduce risk while meeting Wagering Requirements; or any other pattern of behaviour that is inconsistent with normal personal recreational play.

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the vip255 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market. Bets placed on BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and all other listed competitions are governed by the applicable sports rules published on the Sportsbook page. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets are governed by additional specific rules available on the Sportsbook rules page. vip255 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was displayed in error or with incorrect odds.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

Game-specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accessible within the game interface provided by the respective software provider. Malfunction of any game software voids all plays and pays related to that malfunction. All content on the vip255 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of vip255 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vip255. Unauthorized use of any vip255 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip255 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of Account data.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

vip255 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Account holder.
• At the Account holder's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.

Upon Account closure for cause, vip255 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money Balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within seven business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which vip255 is incorporated internationally. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent vip255 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
